This relaxing class is great way to end your weekend and refresh for the week ahead. We begin class with a short guided meditation or centering exercise followed by a slow yoga flow and then finish with a combination of restorative and yin yoga poses and an extended savasana. Enjoy soft music and candelight. Essential oils are incorporated into the practice. My hope is that you will leave class feeling as though you spent the day at the spa.

All levels of students are welcome to attend.

Each class offers detailed instruction to move in and out of uncomplicated poses, the transition between them as well as breathing techniques to support your practice.


Best of all, you can begin at any time and no experience is needed!

be strong - 60 minute heated vinyasa flow


This dynamic, challenging class focuses on connecting breath to movement. Depending on the style of each instructor class may consist of sun salutations, twists, standing balance poses, spine strengthening and hip openers. All-levels of students welcome. Modifications and advancements are available to meet students wherever they are in their practice.

Studio is heated to 80-85 degrees.


community class


Our community class is an opportunity for everyone to practice at beyoga. The class is an all levels vinyasa flow that is offered at $5.00 (cash paid in studio). Members are welcome to use memberships and existing class passes. Drop ins are welcome.
