Join Claudine as we explore basic arm balances and inversions in a fun and safe environment. We will first discuss proper alignment and basic anatomy to keep the body safe. After warming up the body prepare to turn your world upside down as we put theory into practice.

This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners.




"be still" - Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient yoga practice that incorporates guided relaxation and meditation to create an overall sense of well-being. It restores the body, senses and the mind. In this workshop Megan will guide you though some gentle yoga movement then we will explore Nidra, "yogic sleep", the experience of being completely relaxed, in a sleeplike state while at the same time being completely aware. We will bring awareness to breath, body, emotions and the mind, creating a profound level of relaxation.

This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners.




"be relaxed" - Restorative Yoga

Join Kaleigh for a relaxing evening. She will lead you through a guided meditation followed by a “slow flow” and then a gentle restorative practice.

This workshop will incorporate essential oils and include lots of hands on assists and gentle massage. We will finish our practice with an assisted, extended savasana.

Our hope is that you leave the studio feeling as if you just spent a day at the spa.




"be cozy" - Hygge

Have you heard of “hygge”?

Hygge is a Danish practice that teaches us to embrace and greet the cold season of winter with kindness and all things cozy. Picture sitting by the fire in your favorite cozy sweater and fuzzy socks with a cup of hot cocoa, that’s “hygge”. Hard to translate into English, it’s a deep sense of place and well-being; a feeling of warmth, contentment and peace with your surroundings.

This workshop will be a retreat from it all. A warm studio, tea lights, soft music, cozy blankets... Megan will begin our experience with an intention setting exercise then a gentle yoga flow will be followed by restorative yoga and little bit of yoga Nidra. We’ll even serve a warm snack and hot tea at the end of our practice.
