New to Yoga?

beyoga welcomes students of all levels. Most of our classes are appropriate for practitioners at all levels as modifications and variations are given to accommodate everyone.

If you are already physically active choose the class that best fits your schedule. For those students who are brand new or have physical limitations the best place to begin is an Intro to Power or Beginners Yoga Class. Feel free to stop by the studio to discuss the best option for you.

Be sure to bring a water bottle, towel and wear clothing that allows you to move freely. We have water and hand towels for sale at the studio. We have mats available for purchase or to borrow. Changing rooms also available.

We encourage new students to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.

For our heated classes our studio is heated to 80 to 85 degrees, just hot enough to allow the muscles to open and maybe build up a sweat. The temperature is not as overwhelming as it is in some hot studios.
